Good Deeds

We are currently running the following 2 programs: 

1) Support for Syrian Refugee families 
 The following items are being collected to send in shipping containers to families living both within Syria's borders and in temporary resettlements directly outside the borders:

diapers
gently used clothing
unopened hygienic items (shampoo, soap, deodorant, feminine products, etc)
shoes
blankets
sleeping bags
jars of peanut butter, nutella
canned tuna
powdered milk 
rice
beans 
protein bars
unopened infant formula
soccer balls
non battery-operated toys
cloth baby carriers

2) Book Drive to support NuDay Syria's Freedom School 
If you don't have items to donate, please consider buying activity books for children who have finally, after years away, found themselves back in formal schooling. There is a wish list titled "NuDay Syria Book Drive" and all books will be sent directly to the organization at no shipping cost to you.  The 17% sales commission generated by each sale will be donated to the Freedom School. The books start around $5 and all purchases will be matched with 50% more in free books for the school so you can also purchase books for the children in your life (small shipping fee will apply) and help the cause!
